A super rare custom electric guitar.
We compared it to a similar gibson and it was a lot more exciting to play and listen to.
This is a handmade solid body guitar with a Gibson scale.
It is fitted with a circa 1970 Gibson T-Top humbucker on the neck, and a Seymour Duncan modern humbucker, which was fitted at our workshop (originally it had a single coil at the bridge which didn't sound great).
Vintage Kluson Deluxe machine heads.
Tune-O-Matic bridge.
Bound fretboard with medium low jumbo frets.
This guitar was part exchanged by a local mature acoustic player who owned it for over 30 years.
He told us he bought it from an Italian luthier who passed away a while ago; unfortunately he didn't remember his name.
The sound is tight, beefy and with 'lots of balls" .
Very good sustain due to the set neck and design.
This guitar is ideal for classic/heavy rock or early metal.
If you know anything about this guitar that we don't, we would love to hear from you.
