Fantastic service, you could tell easily that there was mastery of the instrument and how it works. Serviced a Gretsch Electromatic with fallen input in 3 minutes at no charge, with amazing attitude and confidence, I have no doubt that they would have no problem servicing a more difficult request at a good price. Highly recommended!

One of the best instrument / repair shops in London. Excellent selection of instruments. They have fixed my amp, acoustic guitar and double bass, and did a fantastic job on all three at a very reasonable price. Terrific customer service. And they're independent. Highly recommended.

I needed a small but urgent Cello repair, and the staff member I dealt with (didn't catch his name) was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He did the repair way ahead of schedule which saved me so much trouble, and gave advice on next steps to help me get the most out of my instrument. More than happy, amazing value for money and will remain loyal to Folkies!

Fantastic staff, beautiful instruments and a true musicians shop. I have bought lots of equipment and instruments from these and have always found the prices to be very reasonable. True pleasure to just wander around the shop and try out the various things on offer!
